Great place for ideas and home improvement supplies.
I went expecting it to be like it always is and that’s never getting help with anything. That is until Dylan in building materials offered to help me load some concrete blocks into my truck. Lowe’s definitely has a hard and determined worker in there building material section. He definitely deserves a raise for being the only worker to go out of the way to make sure I was helped.
Always the best place to go
Absolutely NO customer service anymore! I used to enjoy this store so much that I'm a Lowe's Card holder. That will be changing after today! The last 4 times I've been to this store no one has even tried to help me or bothered to come when I pushed a help call button and it announced over the intercom that someone needed help! I find it appalling that just tonight I walked in planning to spend a significant amount on flooring, yet I stood there waiting for someone to answer my questions for over 10 minutes before we walked out after seeing 4 associates within 4 isles of us doing almost nothing and still not even offering to get someone who might have been able to help us.
