We were very satisfied at the way the sales personnel showed us ideas on what we were looking for. She showed us sale items and regular priced items. We wasn't pressured and chose a sales item but changed our mind and found exactly what we wanted. She got us the best deal and we thank you for having on your team.
Was very discouraged on my hunt for a new dining table while looking online and in larger furniture stores. Went to my hometown Slumberland and was very pleasantly surprised to find a table and comfortable chairs I love! Michael was very informative and helpful in demonstrating the features of the table. Not pushy at all which can be a real turn off. Next time I need furniture I will start at Slumberland.
Michael was very polite and helpful and pointed out both pros and cons helped us get the right size and style furniture for the rooms! Only thing negative was the waiting time for orders but he told us about that and we understand the way things are right now longer wait is the new normal. Thanks
The employees are very friendly and accommodating. Great prices for quality merchandise. Would shop here more if I lived closer.
My daughter and I were extremely pleased at the service received at Slumberland, Mexico MO. Our salesman was exceptionally helpful and kind! He took care to show us many options. I noticed how well he listened to our likes & preferences, which in turn, led him to show us all the designs we prefer. The floor was well-stocked. The prices are competitive, and a very accommodating delivery service is available. Our family has shopped this store for several items. It is my “go to” store for my favorite furniture pieces.
