Very dim lighting and very small, cluttered aisles. Menards is way better
I went in for some screws and could not find them. I asked an employee by the name of Shelly S. if she could help me, my guess through my interaction with her would be she is a manager but not sure. She was super friendly, very helpful and an all around nice person. She was awesome. The next employee I had the pleasure of meeting was Chad, who Shelly called over to assist me as well. He was very helpful, found what I needed very quick. He was very personable, friendly and again just an all out nice person. I am a business owner and it is awesome to see such employees who represent their company in such a professional and personable manner. Big kudos should be given to these two and I just want to think them for a great experience. Who knew buying screws would make me feel so good.
To each their own I guess. I will say they carry items some of the others don't so it's always worth a look. Honestly it's a nice store, they are as good as any of the others, it's just not my preference.
So much to see..the store was full of products
