We have bought multiple pieces of furniture from Furniture Row. We have been very happy with the quality of everything we have purchased there! Our first purchase, a couch and love seat is now at least 10 years old and has been hauled across the country twice, saw 3 kids grow up and is still in great shape, and we use it on a daily basis. We've purchased 3 different kitchen tables and chairs, some for the kids, and they are all still in use too as well as several other pieces. Furniture Row is our first stop when we look for any furniture.nThe customer service is great also, one employee going so far as to deliver bar stools to us on their own, as the bar stools had been missing bolts thatnthey went out to purchase so we could get them on time! She went above and beyond on that one!

After a less than stellar experience at another furniture store in town, we went to Furniture Row hoping to find a new recliner. Andrew was incredibly helpful from the moment we walked in the door. He was very knowledgeable and able to help us find exactly what we were looking for and for even less than the other retailer. We also ended up purchasing a new sofa as well and Andrew was excellent at answering all of our questions about the furniture and financing. We will definitely be going back in the future!

Dylan S was extremely helpful and a wonderful salesman who took the time to help us find what we wanted. Very knowledgeable and friendly but also gave us space to look around.nWill definitely do business with him in the future.

I love the quality of Furniture Row. Bought a beautiful dining set and China hutch and curio corner cabinet and 2 bedroom sets before. Just bought a living room set. But what makes it really come together is the manager Andrew who was super helpful with moving a chair to see it with a living room set. Measurements of wall art. Not pushing but attentive and suggestions that made it all work smoothly. I fell “special “ the way Andrew cared about my concerns and my focus of style. Highly recommend Andrew at Bismarck ND Furniture Row. Thank you so much
