Best internet company in Colby from what I have found. Although when it comes to online gaming, their ping times are a bit higher than competitor.

We had s&t internet and it was constantly buffering and we would always have to mess with it. We assumed this was just how internet worked. Moved away from Colby for 5 years and had a competing company’s internet service, stopped having issues. Internet was quick and maybe once a year we had a problem where we needed to mess with things (not weekly like s&t). We moved back to Colby, forgot our old internet problems, and even if I had remembered I would have assumed with time and technology improvements, slow and problematic internet would surely be a thing of the past... we can hardly stream two TVs at once, luckily we do not use or rely on a great connection for gaming because I can assure you the speed and buffering would make it all but impossible. Our house is standard size and barely reaches to our tv. So bummed, once the year contract is up, will be looking into other providers. Not willing to pay $30 more dollars a month to take a chance on the “fast” speed.

S&T provides great service. Their techs are incredibly helpful and LOCAL. They really go the extra mile to keep their customers connected. I've never had a problem with my connection that they couldn't fix within 24 hours of a service call. If you call for service on the weekends, it's OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive, but the techs are so good at what they do that I think they are worth double what they charge in the long run. The only time I have any problems with my connection is when the weather is wonky, and I doubt that's the company's fault. If it were, I would actually not be surprised if they sent someone out to move the clouds for me. They were even easily reachable on their facebook page, which is rare at best for most companies. All around top notch service with decent prices, comfortable contracts, and incredibly knowledgeable staff is what you can expect from S&T.

Horrible customer service! We will be switching to at&t since they are only other company available in our area. Also the internet speeds do not run concistantly at the speed we pay for. This company needs to get it together. I'm betting a little competition would do them some good!
