Walmart Pharmacy

The pharmacy at the Goodland Kansas Walmart is beyond inept. Not only are all of the employees behind the counter rude, they discriminate against me. They form their own opinions, and my mental health suffers. Because of the employees at this pharmacy, I have to visit the pharmacy every seven days at the most, and for some prescriptions earlier. The pharmacists have taken it upon themselves to throttle medications for me, which are dire to my stability and mental health. They already make me pay 4-5 times what a prescription should cost because instead of selling me a 30 day supply like every other pharmacy on earth, they only give me a one week supply. Today for example, I am on my last pill. I need to go to Colorado tonight, so I called in my prescription of my SEVEN pills at noon today. Nobody called me to tel me there was an issue or delay until I called. When I called, the pharmacist and technician treated me like I was a nuisance. I told them I need to get my prescription ONE day early because I am traveling out of state, and before they started discriminating against me, I was able to get my same medication up to three days early. The pharmacist told the technician to tell me “we won’t do that for YOU, you can either wait until tomorrow, or have it transferred to another pharmacy”... but when they told me this once it was too late to even do so. The are actively making it harder and harder for me to refill my prescriptions. Even when it has been the full 7 or 30 days, and the doctor called in my medication with idiot proof instructions, the pharmacists still delayed me being able to get my medication because they said “they needed clarification.” It said on the prescription exactly what was to be done. They are harassing me, discriminating against me, and price gouging me by making me pay weekly now, when before I would pay $10 for 30 pills, I now pay $13 for 7 pills. They won’t even let me buy the full amount just so I don’t go broke and only give me seven. They will not work with me at all, and are actively working against me making it impossible for me to be treated fairly. One pharmacist will tell me I can fill my medication in a certain day, then when that day comes, a different pharmacist will say “oh no, you need to wait another two weeks” . This is not how it is supposed to happen. I am being hart added and discriminated against and I will take this as far up as I have to go to get answers. The root cause of all of this was a doctors mistake, and I gave them all the information to call that doctor to hear it straight from them but they won’t even attempt to give me the benefit of the doubt. I am being punished and made to feel like a pariah, and I have no other options because it’s the cheapest place by far to get my medication, and they know that. I don’t know what lies they will say if they even get spoken to, but I can counter every lie they say because I have the proof and recordings. I will not be treated like this.

I've had nothing but good experiences here...i go every month for diabetes. Very nice ...knowledgeable.

In the last 6 months of getting my medications here I have had one good experience! Terrible Customer Service!!!

It doesn't matter if you drop your prescriptions off 2 days before you pickup. They are still gonna make you wait a hour and half to pick up. This place is a joke.
