Everything is straight forward and easy. After we run around town and look at everyone else's prices we always end up back here. They have the best prices we've seen and our purchases have been good quality. We have bought both appliances and furniture from here and are happy with both.

I cannot in good conscience recommend Dale's furniture. As a slight difference to what I just said their prices are very good but that is the only good thing they have going for them.nnMy wife and I bought furniture from them in the beginning of March 2019. The furniture that we bought was not in stock so they ordered it for us. The order was supposed to take 2 weeks.the order was delayed and we did not find out that it was delayed until about a week after it had been delayed.nnFast forward to now and it is the first week of May it looks like our furniture is not supposed to get into the store until probably about the first week of June and that's if it doesn't get delayed again.nnI talked to the general manager and ask for a refund because we felt like it was taking far too long for us to get our furniture and because we weren't contacted about the original delay. they flat-out refuse to give us a refund because they had to order it even though it was a product that they carried in their store. The customer service has been completely awful and I feel like they just took my money and ran.nnI will not buy from them again and I recommend that if you do buy from them make sure that they have what you want.
