I have used their Salt Cave and the infrared sauna. The sauna room is relaxing, clean, quiet and private. There is a shower room right across the hall making it an easy to use anytime service.
I'm not the target market for these sorts of things. It was a cool experience, well maintained. I went for the sensory deprivation tank. It was quiet, clean, relaxing, comfortable, they had lots of customization options for the experience.
Extremely relaxing in salt cave great for breathing. Trying the float next week.
Super relaxing and invigorating Salt cave. Zero gravity chairs, rock salt slabs all around and a bed of rock salt crystals underfoot. Excellently balanced relaxing tunes for a great recharge! Flotation tank also! I have no comparison for that. It was nice and relaxing, but ultimately it wasn't for me. Great location!
I would recommend, the staff were knowledgeable and frindly. Very relaxing.
