They were very professional and helpful. They tried to help however they could. Because mom paid for everything a few years ago, before Covid, we had to eliminate some things and they credited us for it. My only complaint are the enormous, fees for things such as 75.00 for 50 thank you cards and 725.00 to stand at the gravesite for 30 minutes! They were very helpful with obituaries and using their website

Overall the services were very good. There was an error on the date and time in the obituary in the KC Star on Sunday. I notified the funeral home that day and a corrected obituary was posted in the paper on Wednesday, the day before the funeral. However, some people did not see the corrected version and arrived at 1:00 when the services were over. They were very disappointed. In addition, there was supposed to be soft instrumental music playing during the visitation. That did not happen.

The team at Chapel Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens helped our family create a meaningful memorial service to honor our loved one. They were professional, compassionate and provided excellent service during a difficult time. Kati went out of her way to meet our many requests, which provided us comfort and eased our minds. They showed great respect and dignity, and were very responsive. Additionally, the cemetery is beautiful, well-kept and peaceful. I highly recommend Chapel Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens.

Everyone at Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home was courteous, friendly, and highly proficient. While I'm not in any kind of hurry to see them again, I was very pleased with the experience.
