Horrible customer service....First of all they forgot 8 items on my pickup order when i called to talk to someone about my missing items i literally got the run around and I kept getting placed on hold for over 30 minutes every time I called. I also got transferred to random extensions. I called numerous times and each time I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. When I asked for a manager I kept getting hanged up on and placed on hold for over over and hour. Not once did a manager come on the line. Now I have to go back to the store and try to solve this issue. After obtaining my items or my money back I will never shop at this store again. Customer service is definitely not a priority for this Walmart store. Management definitely do not know how to lead by example and do not know how to manage and provide customer service.

Do you want the full story of how this pharmacy wasted 5 hours of my life? No, of course not. You value your time. I recommend you use one of the many other pharmacies in the area unless you have no other option. But if you must, be advised it will not be a short visit. Perhaps by design to encourage shopping.
Walmart Pharmacy at the Kansas City, KS Walmart Supercenter is very nice. I get my prescriptions refilled there. No problems at all. And the pharmacy associates are very nice and helpful. They really know what they are doing.
Never had a problem with Walmart or Walmart pharmacy that's where we go for everything
