Great as always! Fun company to work for
Been with the company since 2012, started as a driver and worked my way into the office. I have seen both the driving side and office side of this company and it has been a great place to work. from our West Fargo office to our Bismarck office I am glad to be a part of the J-Mar Family.
1..The lowest starting pay that I've seen.nThe miles suck! You'll be told verbally in orientation that you're expected to run a minimum of 2500 miles per week.n2 ...Extremely high turnover for a company. J-Mar has a extremely hard time keeping drivers.n3...doesn't pay drivers detentionnIf you breakdown, expect a minimum of 2 hours before company road service gets back to you.nI quit, and find better job.
Stay away from J-Mar Enterprises Inc. Out of Fargo, ND. This was the worst company I have ever dealt with since starting my driving career. the company has no respect for their drivers...PERIOD! Especially the dispatchesnScam, Rip Off companynAnybody out there considering about going to J-Mar , I highly recommend looking somewhere else cuz I guarantee you'll regret it.
