I called looking for a battery jump pack. The guy said he had some. I explained I would buy the biggest one they had because I was stuck in town with battery problems on my truck. I asked to have them plug it in and start charging it. The guy said they couldn't so I bought one from their competitor across the street.

The customer service was great. It was a unique situation and they helped every step of the way.

Did not have the part and was unaware of what I needed. Went across the street to Autozone and the kid showed me what isle it was on.
