The Mall T-Mobile office is definitely closed also they reopened the old Sprint/Blockbuster building and is now another t- mobile office on Topeka Blvd. Service is slow and awkward at both offices; call first is wise!.

Slow, even for a phone place. I was the first in line and to get served still took 4 hours to get out. 2 hours were spent watching the tech try to put on a glass protector after he doted his application prowess.
Was trying to talk to guy about a different plan and paying off my phone cause my lease is up. We paid off my husbands phone and then he just walked away and talked to another employee. No thank you have a nice day nothing. Just walked away. Didn't even ask if we needed anything else.
