They're not going to give you the whole explanation of your lease I don't think any place will I would give them a five star if they actually had when I was in there looking for
This place is horrible I got a living room set through them and I picked up the table to move it and all the legs came off of it so I called Aarons to have them replace it, Kathy said she will send people out to look at it and so she did and she said very rudely the table is not under warranty so I have to pay to get it fixed but I’m still paying on the stuff so I absolutely do not recommend Aarons to anyone worst experience ever!! Especially there customer service!

Very bad experience, they looked up my married name and told me I never rented before. They argued with me about being a loyal customer. After they called the Aaron’s in Lawrence and indeed verified IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE.This was after I paid over 100$ to get appliances delivered. They cancelled my delivery because they only were able to reach my landlord and employer. They called and got all information needed. I have spent thousands of dollars with Aaron’s. I am totally astonished at how poor this store operates. They claim it is due to being a franchise store. I have reached out to corporate about the beyond poor customer service. I would advise going to a thrift shop or 2nd hand store before doing business with such scam artists. Hire better employees!!!!
