I sent an item back for what was originally a reasonable price. After having an employee help me and measure it, they changed the price due to dimensions WITHOUT notifying me. The employee said the dimensions wouldn't change my uh and they then refuse to give me the original quoted price. NEVER do business with this awful company. They will screw you out of your money at the first chance they get.
They have some of the biggest idiots I’ve ever spoken to working here. They constantly mis-bill and Blame it on me. Maybe you should train your workers better so they can read a BOL and do their job right so I don’t have to waist my time with your awful customer services employees.
