Sarah at Mattress Firm in Topeka is the perfect example of an employee that cares. She not only must love her job but she truly cares about helping the customer. I was looking for a good memory foam mattress for bunk beds I bought for my house for the grandkids. Not wanting to spend more on the mattresses than I did the bed, Sarah searched and came up with 2 great full size memory foam mattresses at a GREAT price. Plus Mattress Firm sent me an email to save an additional $150 off my order. Totally impressed with Sarah and her willingness to help me. This place was nice and clean. Sara was very polite and informative. She explained everything from pricing to cleaning protocol. We felt very safe and taken care of. The prices were competitive for the area. Delivery was pleasant and we could have purchased installation. We recommend this place.
I chose mattress firm because was the right time to buy me a new bed. They good quality mattress it was firm . It is comfortable and I got when it was good to get them and I saved a lot of money because I got in on black Friday. The salesman was very nice and he explained what I wanted and I was able to try it out.
