Bought a trailer for $52 cheaper than the competition. Friendly service.
It was very difficult getting help. I wanted a trash can but the lid was missing on all 4 cans ( Hefty 12.8-gallon trash can with locking lid). The one person I was able to locate said they'd return to help, but did not come back. Went to the front of the store and a call for assistance to the specific aisle went out on the PA system. Still no one showed. Finally tracked someone down in a different area. He looked behind the trash cans and on the shelves and didn't see any lids (same places my son and I looked). The associate said he didn't know why the lids weren't there and he'd tell someone about it in the back. So... I left the store empty handed. It was a very frustrating experience.
Had the best price, and while having the product in stock. I thought the best of Home Depot, Best Buy, Menards, and the Appliance Direct, Either they where advertising it, but no back stock, or just higher priced. Topeka, KSnnI bought a Whirlpool Microwave
They were very helpful in us finding the right shades.
Traversing this store is a workout. The layout makes no sense to me. Commercial or large item pickup on one end but any bulk lawn and garden must be picked up at opposite end. So either push your items across the store or do 2 completely different check outs.
