Very friendly and helpful staff. They are working very hard to keep their customers safe by requiring masks and social distancing. The store is clean and lots of demo models are on display. The sales staff is very knowledgeable.

Needed the Viper Remote Starter checked on my truck.nGot the appointment. Geek Squad's Ryan H. had the starter working correctly again in less than 2 minutes. I am very pleased.

Price on what I was looking for was not the same as advertised online; so when checking out I had to wait for it to be fixed by a manager. Also, I needed help on the specific item, and the sales clerk did not have any knowledge of the product. Then told me that they did not have the specific photo paper that I needed and told me to go to an office supply store! I knew they had to have it, so asked for someone else to help me. Sure enough -she found it with no problem.nI'm sure some associates are good, and some are bad, but they need to make sure and keep the bad ones off the floor! This guy would have lost this sale for them if I wasn't so tired and didn't feel like going somewhere else to get it.

Very helpful. Had been to ATT to have a weather app put back on. Tech didn't know how and left my home screen a mess. The tech at Best Buy got it fixed quickly

I went in to look at TV's and record players. There were three people at the front that greeted me and were very helpful. I told one of the guys what I was looking for. He told me where to go and said to ask anyone if I had any questions. I was looking for about 20 minutes and decided to buy an LG 75 inch 4K television and a record player. As I was taking the record player off the shelf, an associate approached me and asked why I wasn't wearing a mask. I told him it was for religious reasons. He told me that I was not allowed in the store without a mask and would not accept my reasoning. As I was walking out, the same guy that showed me where to go asked if I had found what I was looking for. I told him yes, but was being kicked our for not wearing a mask. He said he was sorry and that he would help me. I told him that I was not interested in purchasing anything anymore and left. If there was an issue, it should have been addressed at the door. I am wanting to support businesses in the area instead of buying online, but will not be subjected to my civil liberties being violated. Best Buy just lost a $1,500.00 sale today and any future business from me.
