After my experience of getting my iPhone repaired at this business, I will not go anywhere else. As soon as I entered and was kindly greeted, I informed the woman about the problems I needed fixed and she said, “Give me 20 mins and it will be ready.” She immediately started disassembling it before my eyes so quickly, I was shocked cause I never seen anything like it. The best part, she was able to address another issue and not once did it seem like she was trying to get more money out of me. This place is and should be the only place phone repairs should be done. It’s a Great, Honest, and Very Fast service that I will go to have my phone repairs done from this moment on. Thank you again to the lady who helped me. You are Awesome!!

Very fast and only one in town that would work on the warranty

I went to Verizon to find a case and a charger for my Moto G7.... They wanted $50 for the same case that I found at mobile repair for twenty bucks. The charger was also much cheaper here at mobile repair then it was at Verizon wireless. This place has a ton of phone cases and the prices are good.

I went to the store to get a screen protector for my iPad Pro 9.7. I went in on a Wednesday early evening. The gate was up, lights on, but no one there. I left and came back a while later to the same thing. As I started to leave, a woman came in and asked if she could help me. I showed her what I had and told her what I wanted. She told me she was out of stock on the glass screen protector for my particular iPad. She would have it in Monday. I returned the following Monday about 6 pm only to find the place closed. I went back Tuesday. The same woman was there and I said I was there to get a glass screen protector for my iPad that she told me would be in on Monday. She only said that she was off on Monday and the other guy must not have opened the store. She then went to look for the screen protector, only to return saying it was not in. At this point she started to text the “other guy” , the owner I believe. This is when she flipped my iPad over and started to take a picture of my serial number. I pulled the iPad back from her on the counter as I questioned her on why she needed a serial number to get a screen protector when she already knew what the iPad was. Well, she was completely offended and informed me that she did not have to deal with that, and she wasn’t going to help me. As I again questioned the need for a serial number, she walked away and grabbed a broom and started to sweep while telling me to go somewhere else.nNow, I think there is something not quite right here. Sometimes car dealers will ask for a vin in order to get a correct part. However she knew what I had and did not need a serial number. I’m not sure what the outcome might have been had the situation progressed, but I’m glad I left.nMy suggestion is to avoid this place. They won’t be in business long.
