Have attempted to change from Verizon to t-mobile for over a week. Have spent hours at this store on a number of occasions. Still cannot make or receive phone calls. Still have Verizon apps on our phones. Think of being without a phone for a week.
Jamarcus was so kind and helped us to the fullest! We're sprint costumers so we had to do things differently than T-mobile and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed!
Tmobile is having huge SIM swap issues. I got hacked, and the guy took 1 bitcoin out of my Coinbase account, and deposited $4000 out of my bank account to Coinbase, $2000 of which I'm still fighting for. Don't put any banking or crypto apps on Tmobile!
