Good coffee, but not enough staff. The place is beautiful inside but it's never busy indoors. The drive through is PACKED during morning commute. The place has barely space for the line of cars which spills out to the main Avenue. Nightmare. But, Good coffee and donuts... when the ones you like are available.
I love this place, excellent food & service. I'll return with my coworkers. The place has a good atmosphere. Food is similar to a cafe in Portland I loved.
Skipped the 12 car long line to the drive thru, out into the street, and went inside.nn3 people in front of us. 30 minutes later.nnAfter 25 minutes they realized they did not make our drinks. We stood at the counter the whole time.nnTo further downgrade their service, we ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel and received an egg and cheese English muffin, and it was cold.
I ordered online this morning for the variety 12 pack and only got 9 donuts. When I tried to call no one answered. I tried to call 15 times. Very disappointed that I paid for 12 and got 9 and then no one answered the phone to correct this.
I really loved going in to sit and eat today with 2 of my sons. I told the guy who was sweeping that I wouldn't get any crumbs on the floor. But sadly I did and I felt very bad. They are very friendly and nice when you walk in. I have no idea why people would drive through. The donuts are awesome and all the workers are precious. We got the whole indoor room to ourselves. Yay! All you lazy drive thrus are missing out.
