So far so good, very clean premises, nice staff and makes me feel like my property is safe and sound
Other than the fact that the space between the units is snug, angled and aggressively sloped making getting in with a large trailer a bit of a challenge, the units and the people I dealt with were both actually pretty nice. The unit is clean, sided inside with corrugated metal. Clean smooth concrete flooring. The online/by phone reservation opportunity (speaking to a human on the phone is always a plus) was great, we were able to move on on a Sunday afternoon. Very helpful not having to wait for the first of the week.
Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable. Easy checkin, rental, etc.

Great customer service, even after the lease!!! Very clean ... it's obvious they take pride in their business. I recommend this storage facility to anyone needing to store their belongings.
