Helpful staff!! Free 1 month storage if you rent Uhaul equipment. No gimmicks or hidden fees. They always have what I need when I need it!
Take pictures of everything including the odometer! they will rack up your bill if u don't have proof. i drove only ten miles in town, took two short trip from riverside to meridian and maple and they charged me for 20 miles! it's garbage when these big companies try and squeeze whatever they can out of you! oh and don't call, you'll be on hold forever and a day...
We used their services on 03/07. Absolute BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE from the two young men that were working that day. Simply amazing. I've used UHaul for years, and it's always been good, but today was just phenomenal. From the online reservation, to the in store process, leaving and returning the truck. The employees were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, kind, caring....I could go on and on. But these two!! Good people! AND good employees representing this company!
Only one person in the store when I was there but they were very helpful and friendly.
Very knowledgeable staff! The area looks a little sketchy, but the store is clean and well taken care of inside. We were impressed by the professionalism of the employees.
