Super friendly and professional. Quick and easy. I was stressing trying to find someone to help me move over the weekend and they had an opening, price was right, and great service. Awesome experience! Will use for any future moving needs!
More confidence than competence. They damaged several major items (piano, gun safe) and tore up door jambs. Also took things apart (freezer door, dining room table) which hadn’t been taken apart when we moved before; then they incorrectly and/incompletely reassembled them. Have called 3 times since the move asking for a damage claim form, but haven’t received one. We have used these guys in the past and had good luck, but this was a nightmare.
We had an appt with them. They did not show up or call. I tried to call them, leaving several messages. They never answered the phone or returned a call. Maybe they closed due to COVID? An explanation would be nice.n*Note we did use them in the past and they were great then!! Excellent service and pricing!!*
We just moved this Friday and if house buying wasn't stressful enough this company truly made things worse. There was 1 lead and 4 helpers and everyone of them was nice and respectful but the quality was dreadful. Multiple broken items along with blatant disrespect for how our items were stacked and transported to the new home. I would not recommend them to anyone.
I've use them twice now. The first time the guys where professional and efficient. They moved me about 10 miles an hour and half. Just awesome. The second the guys were late and extremely slow. It took them 3.5 hours to move me less than a mile. My house hold stuff didn't grow. Plus I have a lot of broken glass.
