Had a wonderful experience today. Luis Mendoza knows his stuff. Very helpful and very knowledgeable about the TV'S they have. The guys that came to set up our new TV were great !! I will only be getting our TV's from there from now on.
I was very impressed with their product knowledge. They also took the time to answer all of our questions and I didn't feel rushed or pushed. Still trying to decide which TV we want but I was very happy to see a local business with wonderful customer service and actual kindness in their employees.
Really enjoyed working with the Hephners this afternoon. Knowledgeable and solution-oriented, I'm definitely coming here instead of the Big Blue Box from now on.
I sometimes make bad decisions. However, buying my TV and related equipment from Hepfner's was definitely not one of them. Kelcey and Michael both spent time with me on the phone and in my house fixing issues I had connecting my sound bar with my TV with my Cox remote. They were very understanding and great at helping me identify the problem (most caused by me) and walking me through steps to solve them. I could NEVER gotten this help from the Big Box stores. I highly recommend Hephner TV.
