I was very happy with the results the 2 employees of Cheney Door provided when they adjusted the front door frame to allow the storm door and the interior door to fit properly. The adjustment had to be made due to settling of the house had rendered both doors difficult to operate. These guys know their craft. They were very professional and accommodating. Feel free to contact Cheney Door as the products they carry are of high quality and their employees provide excellent skill in correcting any issues you may have with your doors.

When contacting Cheney Door about doors for a new construction project, Sheena was wonderful to work with! She helped me locate a door that replicated the look I was after, explained all the available options and upgrades, and helped me make informed, critical decisions about which features would serve us best on our project, and even one that we could have paid for, but would have been a mistake. I'm confident in their integrity to help make the best choice, and I felt assured in what I'd chosen to upgrade to, and also assured that I'd made the best functional choice in letting an aesthetic option go--because budget was a concern. Five stars for great customer service, friendly associate, and clear, consice, and complete information and quotes. Definitely recommend!

I was searching for a product which wouldn't create a permanently screened in deck, allowing me to have completely open access when insects weren't an issue. I didn't want permanent infrastructure.nnThe Cheney Door Co. team was prompt, communicated well, explained my options and used creativity in the installation to ensure I received exactly what I wanted. Cheney recommended a motorized remote controlled product by Fenetex, which was built well and included the options I desired.nnCheney Door Co. did an amazing job transforming my deck into a truly outdoor living space!

They came over within a day when the door spring busted on my garage door. They offered to talk through how to manually open and close the door in the meantime but I already knew how. After they installed the new spring they said the squeaky noise of my old metal door rollers can be replaced for a nominal price, so they installed silicone/rubber rollers on the spot. Amazing difference in quietness now. Highly recommended
