My boyfriend went in to get a new couch and tv for our place for the holidays because we have family staying in town and we just moved in. We put down a deposit and were told that our stuff would be delivered by Friday at 6.... That was 2 days from the date we put down the deposit. No problem .. it's been 2 weeks and tomorrow is Thanksgiving... No refund no stuff.. I am not impressed. Perfect rn with the holidays here. I could have bought something cheap and would have been happier. I'm so upset that this is happening but we have hit dead ends talking to the store.
Wouldnt step foot in that place. I'd rather go down to the river and beat my clothes on a rock to wash them, than rent to own from this company or talk to their staff. Untrained, ill mannered. Sorry, but it's the truth.
Great employees, I always enjoy my visit when I go to pay my bill, the staff at this location needs a raise.
These guys are great. Jon helped me get the right package for my family at a great price. Plus he rushed the delivery because he knew my family needed beds in our new home. 5 stars
I purchased a phone from this location and was told that I wouldn't have any issues getting it activated. I spent 3 hours at my phone carrier just to find out the phone had been requested to be unlocked the day before!
