Misty was very patient as we tried out a lot of the mattresses in the store. She answered all of our questions and suggested which mattress would fit our needs. Dustin and Julio delivered the mattresses and had them set up quickly and there was no mess. Dustin explained how to use the adjustable and made sure that he answered any questions I had. Very enjoyable experience and I would recommend them to anyone. They are a professional team.
We went looking to browse for a mattress and wasn't even planning to buy right away. Dustin Schmidt took the extra time show us what we were looking for. He listened to what we wanted and showed us exactly what we wanted. He explained and knew is product he has in his store. Very personable and knowledgeable of his inventory. We were so impressed we ended up buying two beds and didn't even bother looking else where. Super customer service!
Finally upgraded to a king. Sales Manager Misty was very kind and helpful. She is very knowledgeable and once she knew our budget I believe she put us into the best bed she could. Dustin and Julio were right on time and quick to set everything up. Next upgrade will be an adjustable base for sure. Thank you for the great customer service and prompt delivery.
Dustin, his mom and sister are THEE sweetest people. They didn't rush us or pursuade us to buy anything. I honestly felt relaxed there and bought an amazing mattress which satisfied both me and my better half. I'm very excited to finally get a great night sleep. Thank you to all employees and owner for all your help!
Was at 4 other furniture/mattress stores the day I bought my mattress here. By far without a doubt the best customer service I received by far was at America's Mattress! Friendly, extremely helpful, and offered me a deal that the others stores couldn't match. Would recommend to anyone looking for a bed or mattress.
