We had a very pleasant shopping experience. Our salesperson, Shelley, was incredible! She listened to what we wanted to do and then literally drew it up on a piece of paper for us to visualize. And then made suggestions on top of it to finish our project. She was excellent. And no pressure. We stopped at another store just prior and got the familiar “ this sale ends tonight” spiel. We walked. Not so at I Keating.

I just moved here from Oregon planning to buy all my furniture over, and was pointed in the direction of this store. I was only looking for a bedframe that could be delivered to my new place, which turned out far easier than expected. Not only was the shopping experience itself seamless, I was able to find what I was looking for and then some for a better price than I was originally anticipating. Gail was quick to make sure I was finding everything I needed, but didn't push for sales. Even when I had said I was on a schedule for another appointment, she was happy to push the sale to another time without question. She found the things I needed, set up delivery, and got me out before I needed to leave. I will definitely be returning for anything else I may need.

Shelly is a great salesperson; unfortunately, she was not available the week after we settled on prices and made the deal verbally. When I came back in later in the week, as agreed, to complete the purchase, I had to do business with two other salespeople and paid MUCH more than was agreed ... and was told that due to a morning meeting that day, it was decided that free in town delivery was no longer offered. I should have waited for Shelly to return, or gone somewhere else. I can’t see myself shopping there again.nI was able to have one of my purchases drop shipped; we’ll see if it gets here.

I bought a couch last week and ended up changing my mind before it was delivered. It was a great and really easy experience getting credited for what I had paid and allowing me to switch out for the couch I ended up choosing. Great sales people and overall service!
