Got an amazing deal on high quality furniture! Staff was great and knowledgeable!! They even wrapped everything nice and loaded it up for us.nOver 1 year later after our warranty expired they still honored it and gave us a new drawer slide for free for our dresser!! Could not be happier with the customer service. We will be back!!
Website and door said they are open till 8pm. Got here at 7:25pm look at a table I saw online. No one answering the phone and doors locked. A waste of a trip.
The furniture and store were decent, but the man who greeted us seemed rude and like he did not want us there at all. He seemed reluctant to help us and hardly said two words. He seemed irritated that we were even there, though he was a little nicer and more pleasant with the next few customers that came in. Overall, I decided that the customer service at other furniture stores went ABOVE and beyond and I would recommend ALL of them before this one. I definitely will not return.
Niki was great to work with! She spent countless hours working to finding the perfect fabric for my furniture. She has great personality and a asset to the store!
