I went into Flecks to look for furniture and had the pleasure of dealing with Tamera. I had no clue what I wanted or how to decorate. Tamera came to my house measured everything and helped me decorate. After the sale was over she came and helped set it all up and it looks great. This was by far the best furniture buying experience I ever had and all the items were great quality. This is the best place in town to buy furniture or appliances!
The lady who sold us our freezer was the bestud83cudf1fud83dudc4dud83cudf1fud83dudc4d. The gentleman who took us to the warehouse was great. Overall satisfaction 100%
So frustrated!! Bought a new expensive Maytag washer and all extended warranties, paid a fortune. It quit working after 2 weeks. Terrible customer service, phone calls not returned, going on 4th week “ waiting for a part”! Never ever gotten such poor service, not to mention a new product that still isn’t working. It’s been unbelievable.
We love going into Fleck's Furniture and Appliance. We've always gotten a very knowledgeable and friendly sales person each time we visit. Highly recommend the Stressless furniture made in Norway.
