I do not recommend this store. I was in there with an individual who has a disability. As we were about to leave the store, this individual became upset and was hitting the floor. None of the store merchandise was in danger, as well as any other person. One of the staff members came up to us and screaming at us to leave the store “NOW”. We explained to the staff that this individual has a disability and we were trying to calm him down and leave the store. However, we could not get the individual out right away as it takes him some time to calm down. The staff only made the situation worse by yelling at us and making the individual more worked up. The staff followed us and escorted us out of the building. It is very sad that we still live in a world where people with disabilities are discriminated on and not understood.

Very poor quality furniture. When we bought our sofa set we were told we would get sick of it and want something new before anything would ever happen to it. Little over a year of having it the seams came apart. Not sure about anyone else but I’m not sick of my furniture not even two years later. I’ve had 15 year old furniture hold up better than this. The couch that it happened on was VERY rarely sat on as it is not facing the TV. The extra 5 year insurance we purchased “doesn’t cover seam separation.” Reached out to the store and they “don’t know what happened” and literally blamed me for it. I would expect this from a $300 dollar couch not a $1,300 one. Will not be purchasing anything else from this store. Poor quality and poor customer service. Very disappointed.nnResponse to their response: Your offer to get it fixed was not going to cover the cost. It was just giving a recommendation of where to go to get it fixed. My furniture also was not 3 years old when this occurred, it was a year and a half as I mentioned. I reached out to your store twice.
Had a great experience. Salesman was awesome he invited us in and gave us an idea of where to go in the store, gave us time to look on our own when we wanted and answered all our questions! Ended up getting a super comfortable recliner! We will definitely be back when we need more furniture!!! This was probably one of the easiest purchases we've made!nThank you!!
