We had all of our main level flooring done. Sara was really great to work with to find the flooring we wanted. Then we worked with Dave to coordinate the install. Once all the flooring was down, we noticed seem lines appeared under our sheet vinyl. Dave was very responsive to my calls and texts and mitigated the situation quickly and professionally. Our final results are pristine! The paint department is awesome too, we get all our paint there. We will be back.
Not very professional of Dave, an owner, to refuse to help someone with a problem you have been recommended to help with simply because you weren't the competitive bid winner. It's called customer service. Price within reason wouldn't have even mattered.
Dealt with Dave when we built our home, and used them for everything floor related. Dave was very unprofessional, did not return calls, and very deceitful. Would not recommend this business.
Friendly staff. Someone right at entrance to greet and direct me when I walk in. Off street parking.
Staff was very much knowledgeable on all paint questions! They have specialty paints. Need the right paint; they got it! Love shopping local.
