I came into this store to buy the new iPhone SE 2, which is advertised as being $400, a cheap phone. The saleswoman charged me $500 dollars simply because I had a prepaid account instead of a traditional plan. She literally did not even tell me she was adding another 100 dollars on my tab. When I came in the following day to get a refund they wouldn’t refund me. The staff the following day apologized and had better professionalism, but just a warning to anyone on the prepaid plan—go get your phone at Target or online. Don’t go into the Verizon store.
I haven't upgraded in 10 years! And my sales person Ty was awesome! Got us setup quickly & with a GREAT price! Thank you Ty!
The staff here are very friendly and engaging. The service that was given to me was very helpful and fulfilling. I had my concerns about upgrading my phone so those concerns were addressed and put at ease. I don't live her in ND but this service is precisely what every store should aim for.
