Amazing people who work there. Very friendly and helpful. Ended up having to swap livingroom set for something smaller and they made it fast and simple and even delivered it for free. I would definitely recommend to others. ud83dude01
The website was so unhelpful. They have a couch I want. I ordered it online. They call me to verify info on Wednesday late in the day. I get home and try to call them and get no answer. The next day I work all day and so can’t call. The following day I have a half day off so I call and they tell me they canceled my order because it took me to long to call them. Never once was I told I had a deadline. And anyways 1.5-2 days isn’t bad people..... some of us have lives. The lady I spoke to on the didn’t care about my business and pretty much was like too bad see ya later click. Smh
It's a decent place easy to get to if they don't have it they will try and find it and let you know if they have it call and set up a delivery date
All the furniture comes from the wearhouse dinged up or of cheap quality. The renter is charged 2x the amount to purchase inferior furniture. Fleecing. My dear friend got caught up in this racket. The local branch worked with her on returns but continued to receive inferior items as replacement from the company.
