I would never use these guys again. We were supposed to be their first appointment at 9am and they did not show up until noon. They did not bring any tools or padding even though I specifically asked Pedro to and instead made us wait again while they were here while Pedro went to Home Depot to buy some because they did not even have any. They hardly wrapped any of my furniture and as a result some of it ended up damaged and they did not know how to pack their truck and wanted to put my husband’s 65” curved flat screen tv on top of everything, unpadded. We asked for a 20’ truck and they brought a 16’ truck instead and as a result my husband had to bring the remaining stuff over to our new house himself because there was no room left in the truck. Yes, these guys are reasonably priced but I guess you get what you pay for. Will never use or recommend them again.
Very unprofessional. The owner or manager of the service blatantly lies. Not punctuate all, this crew also caused damage to my furniture in the process of moving. In addition to not completing the services the owner did not offer any refunds or replacement workers due to his workers falling ill. I would not recommend the services for anyone, they are very unprofessional and do not provide service as described.
These guys do good work!! They showed up 40 min late...but in this case the timing worked out okay. They helped unload truck into storage unit and stacked the unit very well, communicated the whole time about what they were doing. I’d use them again!
Charged me and NEVER showed up.
If you're in Wichita Kansas area and need help moving, these are your go-to guys!! Definitely will be recommending to friends :)
