So nice and helpful! I'm a senior on a fixed income. My clothes washer quit on me, (after 20 years and only one call to the repairman), and I just stopped in and was pricing washers, even asked about used washers. I found a new washer but didn't think I could afford it. The employee, (may have been one of the owners, sorry I don't remember her name), discussed everything about the machine and explained arrangements could be made for my monthly payment to coincide with my Social Security payments. There was also a very nice gentleman there who really helped. (Thank you!) I went ahead and agreed to the rent to buy on the washer, and it was delivered the same day! The installers were a big help, even changed out my dryer cord to a 4 prong I bought. I could not be happier. Excellent service, reasonable prices, coupons came with sale, and tomorrow I am going to be busy washing a bunch of dirty clothes in my new machine. Thanks all at HomeTown. Absolutely amazing experience, staff is awesome and accommodating. They will go out of their way to make sure your well taken care of. Prices reasonable. Done business with them a few years now and recommend them.
