GREAT customer service at all levels of the team.nnWe were helped by to worker with self check out, we were having issue with pulling from the cart, scanning and no place to put items.nnWe were trying to put a box on the scale, which caused the auto check out system to not recognize it was a empty box.nnThe came over and scanned our items with out a concern.nnAnd then offered to assist us older folks out to our car.

Costco vs Sam's is the real question. Sam's is not bad, but I prefer Costco.nI went to Costco for gas. Gosh, I saved about 30 cents a gallon. a very conservative estimate is it saves me 20 a month, 240 a year.nnI don't have a big enough family or enough storage for bulk buying food all the time, but I like their goods and we have enjoyed our membership more than our Sam's. They are very similar I. Many aspects though.nIt comes down to what it is they offer. Personally, I prefer Costco and the unique products the offer. I did think the app at Sam's app was better made for scanning, but Costco does have scan and pay also.nI was not very impressed the 1st time I went to Costco, because it seemed like Sam's club, but the more I go and notice their stuff, the more I am on team Costco.

Costco at Bismarck is very well organized and clean. Its great to know that non members can use the pharmacy, they provide many services at the location. Costco is fully staffed and checkout is quick. They should upgrade their app to be able to scan and checkout. Otherwise I loved my experience at here.

Woohoo! We are from out of town and were surprised to see a Costco when shopping in Bismarck for a college student. Now considering getting her a membership to use for Costco gas and for her off campus living in Bismarck. Missed you the last few years, glad you are now here!nnThis Costco is the nearest I've ever visited. It is similar to other stores. This site is the first time I've seen self check-out in Costco. Items look to be the same I estimate this Costco is smaller than I'm used to. I didn't see anything missing. Check-out stands have more permanent dividers for COVID separation.
