I was worried about buying my mattress without trying it out at the store. I checked out stores and mattresses online for the best mattresses for the best deals and I kept coming back to Mattress Firm so I called the one closest to my home and talked to Trent. He was very patient and helpful. He told me to check out a couple of mattresses online that he thought might be what I needed. I called him back a few days later and told him that one of the mattresses looked like what wanted. We talked for about half an hour. He put my mind at rest about buying without seeing it first. He truly cared about making sure it was right for me with my health problems and disabilities. I appreciate him and his excellent customer service. Trent was very helpful in finding us a mattress that would be a good fit. He didn't push an upsell, knew what to have us try based on our initial preference, and gave us a great deal. In and out within an hour with a mattress we are confident we'll love.
Trent was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to find the right mattress and foundation for me.
We worked with two different sales associates and they were both super helpful, patient and friendly. We found the bed we liked then decided we needed to think about it for a couple of days. Good idea! We found a deal for the exact mattress on their website but instead of ordering it online we called the store first. They actually beat the online deal and threw in free delivery. Moral of the story? Always check prices online and then give the store a chance to match. Maybe they will!
