Mark Barrientos was incredibly helpful. I went in and said I was looking but didn’t have a huge budget. He walked me through which ones he had available for me, letting me know how they differed and what he could do price-wise. One of the main reasons I chose to purchase from him was his chill and professional demeanor along with the cozy store atmosphere. We’d been to what felt like every mattress store in wichita that day. Since you really can’t remember exactly how each mattress feels from one store to the other, the experience in the store is hugely important. I was impressed with the level of customer service, the lack of pushiness, and the willingness to serve me, even with my small budget. I would absolutely recommend Mattress Hub. Keep it up, guys!
I purchased a new bed at the Mattress Hub on the east side in Wichita. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the No pressure sales approach.nnI was a bit skeptical when I was told they could deliver in two days. They did not disappoint me. The delivery guys were right in time.nnAll around awesome experience!
Shawn at the Mattress hub was super helpful and knowledgeable about the different mattresses. It can be overwhelming not knowing much about the different brands. They made me feel super comfortable and gave us space as we tried different beds but was available when we had questions. Wouldnt buy a bed from anywhere else. We settled on the Beautyrest Black x hybrid ultra plush! Thanks for the great customer service.
Absolutely amazing host, the guy with the crutch (unfortunately I can’t remember his name exactly) did a perfect job guiding us through our first mattress purchase. My brother AND I ended up both leaving with a fat down payment on a brand new mattress each. He was real kind and genuinely a good dude who wasn’t just tryna scam us young guys. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new mattress or bed setup in general.
The sales associate was extremely helpful. He did not push me to choose a specific brand and directed me to exactly what I was looking for. I am much happier with my selection than what I expected to leave with.
