Jennifer is the absolute BEST! Her knowledge of their products is beyond fantastic. She goes above and beyond to assure proper on-time ordering, delivery and set up. We have purchased several items from her (couches, bed/frame) and will continue to work with her for any of our future needs. Selection of nightstands was slim but found a great coffee table instead. Shipping speed is a bit slow but they offer a military discount. Better then the store next door as you are not hounded for a sale either. Doorstep delivery is a plus.
Congrats on getting my wife to make a decision ! All sales people were helpful and friendly. Good job. Not happy about waiting 8 weeks for delivery but that is not your fault. The no-interest payment terms helps, especially during COVID-19 pandemic.
I went to the store and both gentlemen stayed a little over 2 hours after closing. They did not rush me. They did not try to over sell me either. They also made sure to stay within my budget. I was highly impressed. I would recommend shopping at this store.
