Went to get a flu shot today. It was actually a great experience. It started checking in with Bibi the pharmacy tech. Very cheerful, pleasant, and professional. This young lady is so talented very multiple task type employee. She answered phone, enter data, cashiered, even assisted other techs. Then came the shots for the wife and I. Lon the Pharmacist was very professional, knowledgeable, and a great sense of humor. Didn't even feel the shot. It is so nice to see folks like Pharmacist Lon and pharmacy tech Bibi enjoying their profession.
These people are all clueless. They are running around like chickens with their heads cut off. When I get a new RX, I want some information about it. Their Pharmacist consultation is a joke. I got a medication that I have been taking for some time now. They changed the manufacture of the med and did not tell me or put a label on the bottle to indicate it to me. I suffer from excruciating migraines and when I took the new brand I had a worse headache, nausea and blurred vision. My normal medication let’s me fall asleep and not deal with the pain. This one made it worse and here it is 5:18am and still no sleep and still feeling sick. I am going to go in tomorrow and have them give me the correct brand and they better not charge me for the change!!!!!ud83dude29ud83dude29ud83dude29ud83dude29
This Walmart was slightly better than other Walmarts. It was cleaner... still have grumpy employees who would rather you didn’t come in or through their line. Just cleaner... that’s all
Never, ever use this pharmacy . They left me walking around for over two hours waiting on a scrip . When I asked about it - they had been missing a number on the form . No one bothered to tell me . They would not let me call and connect them to a tech for the info and when I called two hours afte that - they HAD NOT EVEN BOTHERED TO PUT THE INFO IN THAT MY DOC CALLED IN. They acted like they were clueless. Never again .
Walmart pharmacy east Kellogg is terrible. Get here last night 30mins b4 they close, told me in only takes 15-30 mins to fill script. Then told me it won't be ready til tomorrow morning. Ok..No problem, I live 2 miles away, I'll pick it up before I go to work. It's 9:05am, they been open more than an hour...They told me 15-30 mins before it's ready?? Bullshit service!!! Never again will I come here, there's a Walgreens & Dillon's pharmacy @Harry & Webb.
