The same young man has helped me the last three times I've purchased cookies. He is so nice and polite! Oh...and the cookies are good too!

If I could put more than 5 stars I would. I love my car and my wife knows it. Michelle did an amazing job on my birthday cake. My wife requested to have a replica of my car designed on the cake and that she did! Not only was it designed well it tasted great. I would highly recommend this cookie shop.

I just picked up my big decorated cookie and I could not be happier!! When I put my order in with Michelle, she was very helpful and patient. I showed her a picture of the design I wanted and she said she was sure she could do it and had me email it to her. It was a picture my 10 year old drew. So imagine my surprise when she opened up the box and showed me my sons drawing on this big cookie! My son was so so very excited and he thought it was the coolest thing ever! I can’t thank you enough for making what my son said was the best birthday cake ever!! We will definitely be ordering again!

I always take my kids here to get a treat while we are shopping. The clerks are always polite and they have beautifully decorated cookies! I would definitely recommend, best cookies ever!

My family and I have bought cookies here several times, and walked past it in the mall many times. The general vibe here is that the customer is totally dependent on the clerk for everything, including the price of the cookies - they never have a price listed anywhere, making me feel that it could easily change from customer to customer - and that the clerks are, in general, too busy talking to each other or just staring into space, to serve customers. Our latest encounter was today. My son tried to order a cookie, but was ignored for a couple of minutes. Then the clerk served him, took his money, and went back to applying icing on a product - all with the same gloves on. Rather disturbing, unless you're a huge germ fan. This is just about the most anti-customer shop I've ever seen. Customer service is huge, so it would be really nice to see them post prices instead of making them a big secret, and hire better employees, though they do have one (out of many) who is really good. The product is pretty standard. I prefer to get my cookies from Subway, where prices are clearly listed and all employees are aware of how to be sanitary and actually serve customers.
