Good food friendly staff staff and fast service
Love the pretzels
I ordered pretzel bites from Auntie Anne’s in the mall for a party I was having. Their management was very unprofessional and rude when taking my order over the phone. When we went to pick it up at the time they told us It would be ready, they had canceled the order and a staff member even joked and laughed about their mistake like it wasn’t a big deal. I was shocked! The pretzels weren’t even that good. Would recommend NOT doing business with this company!!!! I won’t be doing business with them again!!! They don’t care about their customers or the quality of their product.
