Mattress Firm Derby

I went in to a store nearby and priced some things and they seemed high. Went to mattress firm talked to Chris and he was helpful and gave me a tentative price for what I wanted. I didn’t buy right then. I went back the next day and there was a woman there (sorry I can’t remember your name). She was very friendly and helpful and I made the deal to purchase what I wanted. I would send anyone there to talk to Chris or this woman. They were courteous helpful friendly and gave me what I feel was a good deal compared to their competition. Thank you both

Chris the Store Manager was great. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of each mattress and was able to answer all of our questions. He made exchanging our mattress super easy and painless.

We had a great experience and got all of our questions asked. The sales associate was not too pushy at all, all while being extremely helpful. We got a great deal!

I shopped around but I shouldn’t have wasted my time. Mattress Firm should have been my first stop. Quick, painless and hassle-free. I came in for 3 full sized mattresses and left happy. Will recommend in the future.
