So thankful for Tiffany’s assistance today. She was kind and helpful explaining the process to me. There were some computer issues but she stayed calm and apologized for the leasing process taking a little longer than normal, even though it wasn’t her fault. The location was clean and they implemented appropriate social distancing, kindly asking that only one customer be in the office at a time to maintain safety during these strange (COVID-19) times.
Tiffany always answers all my questions and is definitely a people person! She’s so friendly and goes out of her way to make sure you’re getting top of the line customer service! Thank you for being great at what you do.

My husband and I visited iStorage to rent a storage unit while we downsize before building a new house. We visited another storage unit in the area and the smell of smoke was overwhelming from the moment you stepped in the unorganized office. iStorage on the other hand was a very well organized, clean office. Tiffany Hartman was very helpful! She showed us the unit we would be renting and did all the paperwork while we were there. I would definitely recommend iStorage and Tiffany!
