Phil and the entire staff were so very helpful and extremely thoughtful. Every need in making the final arrangement for my "very special" mamasan made the appointment less stressful because of their compassion and taking time to listen to my many questions. The quidance and passion given was most appreciated in helping me make the necessary decisions, hoping they would be the best ones. Every step from our first meeting through the grave site ceremony was handled with much respect.. Thank you very much. 🙏🙏🙏 I really recommen this place.

We had to call on the help of Palm mortuary from abroad. In these difficult times, when we lost a loved one and could not enter the States, the help of Karen Umbracio was invaluable. She was always available for us and always informed us about everything. Karen was always very friendly and competent. All our questions were answered quickly and we were always helped. Our thanks also go to Joseph Palmer who intervened so that we could fulfill the last wish of the deceased. We are very grateful and satisfied with the advice and care.

The staff at Palm Mortuary were so pleasant and made this difficult time so manageable. They gave me what I wanted as a service at a good price. The staff contacted me and made sure when I could pick up her cremated remains. All this done with a caring feeling and they helped me through the process. Their kind words and guidance actually helped me in the healing process. They are wonderful people.

Handling the arrangements of a loved one is never easy. Palm Boulder Highway Mortuary & Cemetery handled things for my brother a few years ago, so when my Mom passed, we went back to them. Joe handled our account and helped us with all of the arrangements. He was professional, compassionate and accommodating when assisting us with our needs. He kept in communication with us and even went over and beyond by answering my questions after hours which was super helpful since I was in Hawaii and time time difference is sometimes difficult. The staff at Palm Mortuary Boulder Highway was amazing. Phil and Jeff helped me navigate through a very difficult time. They took the initiative to take care of some of the difficult issues I faced and helped to take some of the stress out of the process. The compassion and understanding was way beyond what I anticipated. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience through such a life changing situation.
