Having the personal visit by Zana, during which she measured the window & defined a different measurement than I had thought would work, was important. Then, in defining which Hunter Douglas blind was best, the final choice was not what I had initially thought I wanted. On top of that, the color choice of blind was only possible using the color decision guides which can be placed next to the wall covering. All the changes were positive. I am delighted with the shade we obtained & recommend their skills and service. NL in Wichita area
Customer service is top notch! Very friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable.nI went into the store not knowing anything about it other than it was a drapery shop. The very large drapes in the house my husband and I just bought fell. The brackets all broke. Jackie greeted me at the door and was more than helpful. She figured out what kind of brackets were needed and got me set up with new brackets in no time.
Jackie & Bill's Drapery is top-notch from start to finish. They take personalized service to the highest level. Our showroom visit was fun with both Jackie and Zana showing many options and providing professional knowledge and guidance. When measuring our many windows in our new custom-built home, Zana was precise and efficient. Installation was a breeze. Not only did they quickly complete the installation, they also took care to protect carpet and other surfaces from the tools and boxes. A true professional team!! I recommend Jackie & Bill's highly. A pleasant experience with exceptional products that look and function beautifully.
Jackie and Bill's Drapery and Interior is amazing. We love working with Zana. We have purchased sheers, curtains, velvet drapes, blinds, motorized blinds. Always top notch installation and product. We need to find more projects to do!!
It was a pleasure having Jackie, Zana and Kerry help me with my project. Having Jackie and Zana help me with the fabric, made it a breeze of confident in the right for choosing Jackie and Bill's Drapery & Interiors. Told me I didn't need a new rod for sliding glass door. Wow such honesty! Kerry did a excellent job of installing the window treatment over the sink. Zana was checking every detail to make sure it was right. What a team!! I will use them again.
