We came in today just starting to look for a new mattress set. Yet Don, the stores Regional Sales Manager was there and made us both quite comfortable. Salesman was very helpful in guiding us to the right bed for us. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and funny. He didn't pressure us in any way. Once we found the mattress for us he made us an offer we couldn't refuse. We had looked at two other stores and he was able to save us over $1500 from their prices. Great experience at Mattress Hub. Donny made sure we tried several floor models after asking what we were looking for in a mattress. He made recommendations and answered our questions. We didn’t feel pressured or rushed, and I have no doubt that we will love our new bed when it arrives. We even bought a new mattress for our guest room! Justin and Shawn were courteous when they delivered the mattresses. They had to take the beds to our second floor and made quick work of setting them up. We will recommend Mattress Hub west to our friends and family.
