Liz was one of the most helpful and patient associates I have ever worked with. I didn’t know what I needed, she listened, explained, and educated me so that I could feel good about my purchasing decisions.
Visited the store and met Liz who helped me pick out the mattress I needed. No pressure whatsoever! She was very helpful and totally understood what I needed and helped me find it. I didn’t purchase the mattress that day as I needed to consult with my husband. A couple days later, I spoke with Chris by phone. Super nice guy - helped me finish the process by taking the order by phone and following up with the email for payment. Highly recommend this store!
We used Mattress Firm on Maize Rd to get our daughters first “big girl” bed mattress. Liz was so sweet with our daughter and very helpful. She set up everything up for us very quickly and had a great experience with the warehouse for pick up as well.
Experience was very seemless. We didn’t have to stand around and listen to a sales pitch, we just got exactly what we wanted. The salesperson was awesome and was by himself splitting time between multiple customers and didn’t ignore anyone. Chose to pick it up myself and that was also just as easy as could be. I wish all other buying experiences were as easy! Can you guys start selling cars too?
Liz was great, she was very helpful, and very knowledge about pretty much every mattress we asked about. I highly recommend mattress firm and especially the one in west wichita.
